REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for chopping at Turtleriffic Designs Fabric. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURNS:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact me regarding ay issues with your fabric. You can contact me at turtlerifficdesigns@gmail.com .
To be eligible for a return the fabric must be in new, unwashed condition. Also, some minor imperfection can occur in the printing process. For this reason, I will only replace or refund printing imperfections that are larger than a quarter size.
Once your return is approved you will have 5 business days to have it post marked, or forfeit your refund.
SHIPPING:
This will be handled on a case-by-case bases. However, more likely than not I will cover shipping for order discrepancies, and flawed fabric.
